If you watch the trailer for this recent M. Night Shyamalan movie, you might want to jump into a freak out. But do not believe everything that marketing sells you: this movie is friendlier and funnier than it seems, although we do not deny that you are going to get the odd scare.

3️⃣ 'Frankenweenie' (2012)

For Halloween, we could rescue almost any Tim Burton movie (his aesthetic always fits in the scariest night of the year), but we are left with this gem of animation. Based on a short film that the filmmaker himself made in 1984, it tells the story of a boy who resurrects his dog like Frankenstein.
